Complimentary Shuttle

• Our complimentary shuttle operates regularly throughout the day for a selection of jet boat departures:10am, 11am, 12pm, 2pm, 3pm.
• Customers must check-in at our desk inside the Station Building in Queenstown 45 minutes prior to the trip time. The Station Building is located on the Corner of Camp & Shotover Streets, Queenstown.

CHILD definition and requirements

• Children must be a minimum of 1 metre high to be able to ride in the 'Jet Boat'.
• Shotover Jet reserves the right to extend this to 1.2 metres depending on weather and river conditions.
• For ticketing 5-15 years a child requires a paid ticket.
• Under five years are ticketed and ride free with a fare-paying adult.
• Children aged 10-15 can travel unaccompanied as long as a parent or guardian is on-site, but children any younger must travel with a parent or guardian aged 16 years or older.

FAMILY definition and requirements

• A family is defined as two Adults and two paying Children living together as a unit.
• Additional Children and Adults are at normal retail rates.
